If you are aggressive, ambitious and not into any soft stuff this might be the place for you. The Consulting arm seems proud of the business model which is pyramid - hence the Up Or Out mentality. They seem to have a very distinctive culture which doesnt strike me as being particularly respectful to each other although this is stated on their website. How can one be respectful when they are all fighting for wach others jobs and obviously don't mind who they step on.
Good opps to work with good clients though but I think the epxectations and pressures would be immense.
