Good experience?

#1 Good experience?

John

I am very interested in moving in consulting but I am not sure of the best way to do this. I am 26, have only a 2:2 but from a good university in Electronic Engineering. After some travelling and many unsuccessful applications to blue chip companies, I have been working for a small company. I have set up a niche financial services company which now rivals the best in the country, with a well respected reputation and with blue chip companies using us for clients they cannot help themselves. I have had no formal training in management but manage a team of ten, and have full responsibility for this side of the company including marketing, organisation, etc etc. The company is definately succeessful. Is this experience of any interest to a management consultancy? How should I move forwards? Any suggestions greatfully received.
