I am in the process of going through an interview. First I had the recruiter call me she asked basic questions about my background and stuff. Then she setup an interview on the phone with a Director and he was to speak with me for 30 min. Ended up speaking for 1 hr 15 min. A lot of question mainly grilling me on the whole process of how ORM projects work. Seems like I did well at the end he told me he will have the recruiter call me and set up the next round.
