To all PA'ers - what was your pay rise like ?

BOP Consultant

The 2005 pay round for BOP left most people peeved. Pay rises were barely above inflation, at 0 - 5% depending on rank and performance rating, while bonuses seemed to be just about in line with industry norms.

Is this the same story across the other practices ?

It's a real shame when our leaders are constantly telling us how well the company is doing

PAer

I also work for PA in one of the industry practices and got by far an above average pay and bonus rise. My bonus I would say is above twice the industry average.
