yup

Can anyone recommend a good book on change management that gives a step by step guide on how to go about managing a change project? I'm moving my career into change management and need a good "how to" book.

Thanks.

Oldbolter

There are libararies full of books on change management but the 2 I found useful are "Designing for Change" by Colin Bainbridge and the classic "Managing at the Speed of Change" by Daryl Conner (ODR). Many more out there.
