MBA is not essential for career growth, leadership is.

That said, leadership coupled with an MBA is definitely the clearest path to a long lasting career.

I always tell MBA candidates that if you want to go for an MBA, have clear thoughts about what you want to geit out if it because if you don't make up your mind, you finish the MBA and still ask yourself the same questions. So apparently you are on the right path. So as a sales and admin person, how do you see yourself 5 years from now, would you be in doing supply chain or marketing strategies, do you want to move to operational roles, how do you describe your leadership skills? Get clear answers to those questions and then we will pick up from there
