I found this website while doing a search on consulting at Yahoo. I am an American college student who will be graduating this March. I had a job lined up but I really want to be a consultant. I go to a great school (Northwestern University) and have a stellar academic record. But I am having a hard time making contacts with the major firms because they do virtually all of their recruiting for full time entry-level consultants in the fall and only through the career placement office. Does anybody have any tips for a person with no contacts looking for at least an interview?
